He is currently working as a Financial Specialist (Tax & VAT) at Citibank, N.A., where he is engaged in tax and VAT–related financial functions.
Md. Nazmul Hossain Khan
Mohammad Nazmul Hossain Khan is an MBA graduate from Daffodil International University with extensive professional experience in accounting, audit, and taxation. He began his career at Ahmed Sheikh Roy & Co. as an Assistant Manager and later worked at ACNABIN Chartered Accountants as a Senior Assistant Manager (Taxation) for two year. He subsequently served for two years as a Senior Manager at Khan Wahab Shafique Rahman & Co., followed by one year at Hawlader Yunus & Co., Chartered Accountants (Grant Thornton Bangladesh). Currently, he is working as an Accountant at Maldives in a company named Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd.
Akangkha Das
Akangkha Das, Sr. Programme Finance Officer at Oxfam in Bangladesh and joined on 1st June 2025. Before joining Oxfam, she worked as Finance Manager at HAEFA International. She has 5 years of experience working with different donors, UNFPA, EU, UNDP, USAID, World Bank, etc. Before HAEFA, she was Officer – Admin and Accounts at Ahmed Sheikh Roy & Co., Chartered Accountants.
She has completed a chartered accountancy course from Ahmed Sheikh Roy & Co., Chartered Accountant. She has an academic qualification in an MBA from Eden College under Dhaka University.
Besides professional and academic qualifications, she achieved a brown belt in Martial Arts, scout certificates, Champion in a recitation competition at university.
Md. Mehedi Hasan
Md. Mehedi Hasan completed his Chartered Accountancy Course (CC) from Ahmed Sheikh Roy & Co., where he gained practical experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting.
He began his professional career at Health And Education For All (HAEFA), where he was involved in finance and compliance-related activities within the development sector.
He later joined S A Agro Feeds Ltd as an Assistant Manager (Accounts). In his current role, he is responsible for financial management, accounts supervision, reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. He continues to contribute to strengthening financial controls and operational efficiency within the organization.
Opu Karmakar
Opu Karmakar completed his articleship on 27 November 2021 (Registration No. 30544). During this period, he gained practical exposure to organizational accounting, financial operations, reporting, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel, contributing to his professional development and understanding of industry practices. He has also achieved the Xero Adviser Certificate and is currently serving at Rani Food Industries Ltd. (Goldmark).
Probir Kumar Saha
Probir Kumar Saha completed his articleship on 19 July 2023. He is currently serving as a Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance at M.S.T. Group (Shipping Division), where he is involved in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and supporting finance-related activities within the shipping division.
Urme Roy
Urme Roy completed her articleship from 20 July 2020 to 19 July 2023, gaining hands-on experience in core accounting and finance functions. She is currently serving as an Executive at SA-Agro Feeds Ltd. since August 2024. Her responsibilities include accounts receivable–related activities, bank reconciliation, bank collection confirmation, preparation of monthly accounts, and ERP system entries, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
Md. Faysal Hossain
Md. Faysal Hossain completed his articleship on 01 September 2024. Following this, he is currently serving as Executive – Finance & Accounts (Financial Reporting & ERP F&A Module Improvement) at Quazi Enterprises Limited, where he is involved in financial reporting processes and ERP finance and accounts module enhancements.
Md. Mahamudul Hasan Dudul
Mahamuddul Hasan Dudul completed his BBA and MBA from the National University of Bangladesh. He completed his CA Articleship at Ahmed Sheikh Roy & Co., Chartered Accountants on 1 September 2024, and later joined the firm as an Assistant Manager. He is a hardworking and detail-oriented professional and has successfully completed 11 out of 17 CA papers. Currently, he is working as an Accountant (F&A Team) at the Netherlands Recreation Centre (Dutch Club Dhaka)
Istiake Ahmed
Istiake Ahmed is currently working as an Executive – Internal Audit at Delta Pharma PLC. He completed his three-year professional training for the Chartered Accountancy qualification (CA-CC) at Ahmed Sheikh Roy & Co., Chartered Accountants, on 29 March 2024.

Mohammad Abu Khalid
Mohammad Abu Khalid is an accounting and finance professional with experience in audit, financial reporting, financial management, and internal control. He has worked with government authorities, INGOs, NGOs, donor-funded projects, and nonprofit institutions, providing audit and advisory services to improve transparency, operational efficiency, and compliance with donor and regulatory requirements during his service at Ahmed Sheikh Roy & Co., Chartered Accountants.
Mr. Khalid holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. He completed his articleship (CA-CC) from Ahmed Sheikh Roy & Co., Chartered Accountants. His academic background has supported his understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, internal control, and compliance-related matters.
Mr. Khalid has experience supporting and leading audit teams in financial analysis, documentation, and reporting. His work has included assisting in statutory audits, reviewing financial records, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.

She is currently serving as an Executive – Finance & Accounts at Red Orange Limited, where she is responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, supporting routine accounts functions, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with accounting procedures.
