He has a proven track record of working with donor-funded projects and nonprofit institutions, providing advisory services that improve transparency, operational efficiency, and compliance with donor and regulatory requirements during his service at ACNABIN Chartered Accountants and Ahmed Sheikh Roy & Co., Chartered Accountants.

 

Mr. Obaidullah has strong expertise in financial management systems, internal control assessment, policy and manual development, procurement systems strengthening, and monitoring and reporting frameworks. He has supported organizations in preparing project financial reports, budgeting, grant compliance reviews, audit facilitation, and capacity building training for finance and program teams.

Mr. Iftekhar has advanced skills in statutory audits, financial statement preparation, internal control evaluation, taxation and VAT consultancy, and asset and inventory verification. Mahfuz Hasan is an audit and assurance professional with extensive experience delivering statutory audit, internal audit and financial reporting services to organizations across a wide range of sectors, including multinational corporations, banking and financial institutions, manufacturing entities, NGOs, and service organizations. He has supported complex audit engagements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS), and International Standards on Auditing (ISA) through his professional experience at ACNABIN Chartered Accountants and Ahmed Sheikh Roy & Co., Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Mahfuz Hasan has significant experience in managing and executing audits across the full engagement lifecycle, including planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, supervision, and reporting. His work has focused on evaluating internal control environments, identifying financial and operational risks, and providing clear, practical recommendations to enhance governance, control effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.

Manisa Saha is an accounting and bookkeeping professional with practical experience working in audit firms and providing accounting support services through BPO engagements. She has been involved in audit-related assignments, bookkeeping, and financial data support for multiple clients across different sectors, gaining exposure to structured financial reporting, compliance, and process-oriented accounting environments. Her professional experience includes service at ACNABIN Chartered Accountants, Hussain Forhad and Co., Chartered Accountant and Ahmed Sheikh Roy & Co., Chartered Accountants.

 

Her professional experience includes hands-on work in bookkeeping and accounting operations, with strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero. She has supported clients in maintaining accurate financial records, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and basic financial analysis to ensure reliable and well-organized accounts. In addition to BPO-based services, she has also provided accounting support to a UK-based client for a certain period.

Mr. Khalid holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. He completed his articleship (CA-CC) from Ahmed Sheikh Roy & Co., Chartered Accountants. His academic background has supported his understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, internal control, and compliance-related matters.

Mr. Khalid has experience supporting and leading audit teams in financial analysis, documentation, and reporting. His work has included assisting in statutory audits, reviewing financial records, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
